Can you repair damage left by another roofer?
Yes. Patrick takes out failed patch repairs, such as silicone over cracked tiles or flashing covered in tape, and repairs the roof properly. He photographs what was done first, so you can see why it failed.
Will you tell me if the whole roof needs replacing?
