Patrick McDonagh, owner
Patrick has spent over 30 years on roofs, and the way he works has not changed. When you call Apex, he comes out himself. He gets up to the problem, finds what is actually wrong and shows you the photos, and sometimes a video, before anything is agreed. You never have to take a roofer's word for it.
Then he agrees one price with you up front, with no extra or hidden fees. His team does the work, often the same or the next day, cleans up and takes the waste away. You pay on completion. It is a simple way to run a roofing company, and it is why Apex hold 5.0 on Google from 30 reviews.
“We show you the problem before we ask for anything. We agree the price before we start, we clear up before we leave, and you pay when the job is done. That is our promise.”
